Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of assetdig ("Service"), operated by SKdev (NIP: 7011083312), ul. Władysława Pytlasińskiego 16/13, 00-777 Warszawa, Poland.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

assetdig is a Software Asset Management (SAM) platform that helps individuals and businesses track software subscriptions, domains, SSL certificates, manage renewals, and optimize spend.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free plan: limited to 10 subscriptions, 1 user. No payment required.
  • Paid plans: billed annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.
  • Free trial: paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • Refunds: we offer a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact legal@assetdig.com.
  • Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Upload malicious files or content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Bank Statement & Google Account Data

  • Bank statement CSV files are processed in real-time to discover subscriptions. We do not permanently store raw statement files.
  • Google account integration requires your explicit OAuth consent. We access only the scopes you approve.
  • You may revoke Google access at any time via your Google Account settings.

8. Service Availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by SKdev and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKdev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time via settings or by emailing legal@assetdig.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless EU consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
